Haque, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P., Assam, appearing for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, i.e. (1) Nur Islam Sk, (2) Rakib Sk @ Rakhibul Islam, (3) Rabiyal Sk @ Rabial Islam, (4) Rahima Bibi and (5) Amiran Bewa, who are apprehending arrest in connection with the Golakganj Police Station Case No. 90/2026, corresponding to G.R. No. 413/2026 under Sections 61(2)/117(2)/118(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. It is submitted Mr. Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam that the police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in the connected Golakganj Police Station Case No. 90/2026, vide Charge-Sheet No. 120/2026, dated 11.06.2026. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail petition stands closed with a direction to the accused petitioners to appear before the learned CJM, Dhubri within ten (10) days from today and will seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim bail, granted earlier to the accused petitioner Nos.4 & 5 on 10.06.2026 shall continue till the next ten (10) days from the date of this order or till the petitioners appear before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier. It is needless to clarify that in respect of the other three accused petitioners i.e. accused petitioner Nos.1, 2 & 3, no coercive action shall also be taken, till the next ten (10) days or till their appearance before the learned Court below for their regular bail.
