Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, makes a limited prayer that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in an expeditious manner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide office order dated 17.7.2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted in respect to transfer of single women/widow/divorcee/employees suffering from terminal illness and various other issues. He submits that the petitioner can file his representation before the Grievance Committee, which will consider the representation on the grounds raised by the [2026:RJ-JP:38026] (2 of 2) [CW-18367/2026] petitioner in an expeditious manner and this petition can be disposed at this stage. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the grievance raised herein and also the fact that a Grievance Committee has been constituted vide office order dated 17.07.2026, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file his/her representation before the Grievance Committee within a period of seven days from today and the Committee shall decide the representation within a period of two weeks thereafter, strictly in accordance with law by way of passing a speaking order. 5.
