1. This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-
“I. Pass an order directing the Respondent No.1 to take decision on the fee hike proposals submitted by Respondent No.2 for academic years 2023- 24, 2024-25, 2025-26 & 2026-27 within a fixed time frame (preferably 8 weeks). II. Pass an order directing the Respondent no. 1 to decide the representation dated 12.04.2026 made by the petitioner association. III. 2. For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice.

Mr. Rohatgi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1 and states that the decision on the fee hike proposals submitted by the respondent No. 2 for the academic sessions 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 shall be decided expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today.
4. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.

5. Taking the statement of Mr. Rohatgi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 on record, the petition is disposed of.
