The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 127 of 2025 arising out of Simdega P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 (G.R. Case No. 292 of 2025), pending in the Court learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega. It has been alleged that the son of the informant had died when staying in the observation home. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant had subsequently developed a story in his restatement and the fact that the son of the informant had died while playing volleyball, but it appears that there are eye witnesses account which reveals that the petitioner and the others were involved in committing assault upon the deceased with Dada, pipe and punches which resulted in his death. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY,J.) 16.03.2026 MK
