The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No.138 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) & 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the agnates and allegation took place due to road dispute. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons, who happens to be the family members. He also submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injuries. -2- 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and the allegations of assault are there. 5. Looking the contents of F.I.R., it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of assault. It is not clear that on whose blow, such injuries have been received by the informant and the others. There is case and counter case between the parties and both sides are agnates and both sides have been received injuries. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Godda in connection with Pathargama P.S.
