Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of non- compliance of peremptory order dated 13.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. (F) No.6079 of 2025, the said application was dismissed. He further submits that in spite of best- efforts, certified copy has not been obtained and in view of that, the peremptory order was not complied within time. -2- 3. Learned counsel for the CBI has got no serious objection, if the anticipatory bail application is restored in its original file. 4.
