The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 331/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 70(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim girl along with other co- accused persons. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4836 of 2026(3) dt.31-03-2026 2/2 co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.
