He has submitted that he tried to contact him on his mobile phone, but immediately after receiving call, the call was disconnected by the petitioner and, thereafter, there is no response on behalf of petitioner. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:22074 Cr.Rev(FC) No. 46 of 2024 2. From the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that petitioner is not interested to contest the petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of for non prosecution. 3.
