Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. Apprehending arrest in connection with Barpeta Road P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/3 38/2026, under Sections 3/4 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, added Section 6 of the IT(P) Act, this application under Section 482, BNSS has been preferred by applicant, namely, Nathuram Mandal, for grant of pre-arrest bail. 3. It is to be noted here that the aforementioned case has been registered on the basis of an FIR lodged by one Prakash Choudhury, President, Rastriya Bajrang Dal, Barpeta Road on 22.04.2026. The essence of allegation against the present applicant is that he is involved in bringing women to Mayur Dhaba, situated at Kalahabhanga, near National Highway No. 27, under Barpeta Road P.S., and involved them in immoral activities and that some minor girls are also involved in carrying out illegal activities. 4. Mr. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had been granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail, vide order dated 30.06.2026, and pursuant to the said order, he also appeared before the I.O. and his statement had also been recorded, and that he has been cooperating with the investigating agency, and therefore, a contention is being made that the interim order dated 30.06.2026, may be made absolute in the same terms and conditions. 5. On the other hand, Mr. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the I.O. has completed investigation in the meantime and submitted charge-sheet against the present applicant also. 6. In view of the submissions of learned Advocates of both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of this application by directing the applicant to appear before the learned trial Court on or before 19.08.2026, and to apply for regular bail, and in the event of such an application being filed, the learned trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
