ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the show cause notice dated 18.04.2026 issued by the respondents. 2.
The contention of the petitioner is that based on the charge sheet dated 13.10.2025 and show cause notice dated 18.04.2025, the respondents out not to have imposed the punishment as per the circular issued by the respondent- Corporation on 01.01.2019. According to the said circular, the charges leveled against the petitioner come under Para 10.3 of the Circular dated 01.01.2019. Hence, the respondents have to impose punishment according to the above said Para 10.3. The fact remains that the petitioner has not submitted his explanation so far. 3
3. Considering the above said submissions and on perusal of the record, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit the explanation/representation to the respondents within a period of one week from today. On submitting such representation/explanation, the respondents may consider and pass appropriate orders based on the record and as per the Circular dated 01.01.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent-Corporation. 4.
