Raipur (C.G.); 10.3 To kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities Respondent No. 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner for appointment on the post of Constable (GD), Dist. Raipur (C.G) by adding 05 bonus marks to the petitioner. 10.4 Grant any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the advertisement dated 01.01.2024, petitioner has submitted an application for his appointment on the post of Constable (General Duty) as OBC category candidates along with relevant documents including sports certificate. After declaration of result, status-card of petitioner was also published and perusal from which it is appearing that petitioner was not awarded any marks against the sports certificate, therefore, petitioner has been shown below in the merit list and his name was not published in the select list and waiting list. Aggrieved with which, petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.2 on 20.12.2025, however, till date the said representation is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest and if the authorities found that due to mistake, marks are not awarded against sports certificate, then appropriate orders be passed. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner on 20.12.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
