None appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Petarwar PS Case No. 127/25. It has been alleged that the petitioner and another accused were apprehended by the police with ganja and on their disclosure, raid was conducted in the house of Chintu Saw and 76 Kg. of ganja was recovered. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2025. Although it appears that the petitioner has criminal antecedent but regard being had to the fact that no recovery had been effected from his conscious possession, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in connection with Petarwar PS Case No. 127/25.
