By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the respondents may be restrained from retiring the petitioner at the age of 58 years on 31st May, 2026 and she may be allowed to continue in service upto the age of 60 years, with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 2. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
