This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants/claimants in connection with MAC Appeal No. 7/2025 praying for allowing the applicants/claimants to withdraw 50% of the awarded compensation amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court in pursuant to the direction of this Court. 3. The prayer is not opposed to by the learned counsel for the Insurance Company. 4. Hence, same is allowed. 5. The Registry is directed to disburse the 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the opposite party/Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court in pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2026 passed by this Court after proper verification. 6.
