1. Heard Mr. Imtiwapang, learned counsel for the applicants. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants/claimants praying for allowing the applicants/claimants to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount which was deposited by the Insurance Company in connection with MAC Appeal No. 9/2022 before the Registry of this Court in pursuant to the order dated 08.08.2023, passed in I.A.(C) No. 200/2022. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the connected MAC Appeal No. 9/2022 has already been disposed of on 31.01.2025 by this Court whereby the appeal was partly allowed. However, before disposal of the said appeal, the Insurance Company had already deposited 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court in pursuant to the above mentioned order. He submits that since the part of the awarded amount has already been deposited before the Registry of this Court, same is required to be disbursed to the claimants and the remaining outstanding dues may be deposited by the Insurance Company before the concerned

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the considered opinion that notice to the opposite parties may be waived and same is accordingly done. 5. This interlocutory application is accordingly allowed. 6.
The Registry shall disburse the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in pursuant direction of this Court before the Registry i.e., Rs.18,49,400/- to the present claimants/applicants after proper verification. 7. The remaining outstanding dues in respect of the awarded amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. 8. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. Sd/-
