Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 04.06.2026, issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of order dated 20.05.2026, passed by Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (H.P.). The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of order dated 20.05.2026, passed by Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (H.P.) reveals that the petitioners have been 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 allowed higher pay scale of Rs.37,600/- after two years of regular services subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 3. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 08.01.2026, passed in CWP No.749 of 2026, titled, Shri Ritesh Kumar & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners within a period of 8 weeks’ from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
