In this writ petition, the petitioner sought for the following reliefs: (i) issue a writ of mandamus, directing Respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 25.11.2015, 21.08.2019 and 23.06.2023 as per ANNEXURES E, J and O respectively; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11725 WP No. 21402 of 2023 (ii) issue a writ of mandamus, directing Respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the Petitioner's candidature for regularisation of his employment with Respondents 4, 5 and 6 institutions; and (iii) grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court would deem fit to be granted under the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as a Sanskrit Lecturer by the respondent No.4- Management on 08.09.2009 on temporary basis. Till today, petitioner is working in the respondent-Institution. Therefore, he has submitted a representations dated 25.11.2015, 21.08.2019 and 23.06.2023 vide Annexures- E, J and O respectively, to the respondents seeking to regularize his service. Since his representations are not considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Since the respondents have not considered the representations submitted by the petitioner, it is suffice for this Court to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11725 WP No. 21402 of 2023 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
