Sri Sachin Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3 & 4 placed before this Court the instructions dated 29.09.2026 under signature of Executive Engineer, concerned, same is taken on record. 2. He placed reliance upon paragraphs 3 & 4 of the aforesaid instructions, which reads as follows :- "3. अतः मा० उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद मे योिजत यािचका सं०.39006 वषर्-2026 श्री बल्देव प्रसाद बनाम उ०प्र० राज्य व अन्य में वादी द्वारा प्रस्तािवत राजस्व िनधार्रण प्रेिषत न करने एवं समय प्रदान करने से सम्बिन्धत मा० न्यायालय के समक्ष अनुरोध िकया गया है मा० न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत यािचका के अनुशरण में वादी को िदनांक 17.10.2026 तक कायार्लय के पत्रांक संख्या 3994 िदनांक 29.09.2026 के द्वारा वादी को पुनः एक और अवसर देते हुए राजस्व िनधार्रण हेतु साक्ष्य सिहत आपित्त दजर् कराने के िलये सूिचत िकया गया है। 4. वादी श्री बल्देव प्रसाद पुत्र स्व० श्री भूदेव प्रसाद को पूवर् में प्रेिषत नोिटस एवं अपर िजलािधकारी महोदय को धारा-5/आर०सी० नोिटस को खण्ड कायार्लय के पत्रांक सं० 3995 िदनांक 29.09.2026 के द्वारा स्थिगत कराने हेतु प्रेिषत िकया गया है।" 3. After going through the same it is argued by counsel for the petitioner that he will submit his objection on or before 17.10.2026 and also appeared before the authorities on the said date as per notice dated 29.09.2026. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Subhash Chandra Raghav Counsel for Respondent(s) : Baleshwar Chaturvedi, C.S.C., Sachin Mishra Baldev Prasad .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) permitting the petitioner to submit his objections on or before 17.10.2026 and also present before the authorities on the date fixed in the notice dated 29.09.2026. 5. In case it is so concerned authorities will take a decision in the matter within three weeks, thereafter. 6. Time till the decision is taken no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.
