Petitioner is the complainant and it appears that on his complaint an inquiry is initiated against outgoing Pradhan, i.e., the contesting- respondent under the provisions of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. 3. Though probably the outcome of inquiry would not result in removal of contesting-respondent since her tenure has already been over, still if it is concluded, it can become a basis to initiate proceedings for surcharge. Therefore, only for that purpose, if there is no legal impediment, the inquiry be expedited. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
