The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No.282 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(3), 190, 126(2), 324(4), 109 of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that free fight has occurred between two groups of approximately 150 persons each of the groups relating to construction of a building on a particular land. He further ( 2026:JHHC:3019 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 622 of 2026 submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and nobody has received any injury. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of free fight between two groups. 5. Considering that approximately 150 persons were involved in both groups in free fight for the dispute relating to construction of a building on a particular land and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and there is no injury upon anybody and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S.
