The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner- complainant under Section 528 of BNSS with a limited prayer that the Investigating Agency may be directed to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.63/2026 registered at Police Gudamalani, District Balotra, for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 324(2), 329(2) and 61(a) of the BNS. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Investigating Agency is already conducting fair and impartial investigation, however, if any material is brought on record by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the prosecution strictly in accordance with law before completing the investigation. Taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a detailed representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today, who shall take up all the facts as well as contentions raised in the representation and complete the investigation by considering them strictly in accordance with law. 4.
