After arguing for a while, the only prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the instant petition is that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is treated as representation and be accorded consideration within some reasonable period, to which, learned counsel, who have caused appearance on behalf of the respondents are not averse to the disposal of the instant petition at the very threshold. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold by directing respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to treat the instant petition as a representation and accord consideration to the same in light of the averments pleaded in the writ petition, within a period of six weeks’ from the date a copy of this order along with the writ petition and annexures are made available to the said respondents, strictly under rules and as per law. 2 WP(C) No. 795/2026 3. It is made clear that while according consideration to the case of the petitioner, the respondents shall give due consideration to the communication dated 04.07.2023, which has been placed on record as Annexure-I with the writ petition. 4. The order of consideration, which is likely to be passed, be forwarded to the learned counsel for the petitioner through registered post. 5.
