After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by learned counsel for State, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal as provided under Rule 23, however direction be issued to appellate authority to consider and take decision on appeal to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously. 3. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of suspension. In the event petitioner submits an appeal,concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the appeal to be submitted by petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of appeal.
