Mahanta, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr. D. J. Das, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the Respondents Nos.1 to 9. 2. This Court duly takes note of that vide the order dated 16.06.2026, the present proceedings were referred to a Mediator for an amicable settlement by way of mediation. This Court further takes note of that the Mediator has submitted a Memorandum of Settlement dated 31.07.2026 which is kept on record and marked with the letter "X." 3. This Court has duly heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and has also perused the Memorandum of Settlement. The said Memorandum of Settlement is kept on record and marked with the letter "X." 4. It is the opinion of this Court that the Memorandum of Settlement so arrived at is a fair resolution to the dispute raised in the present proceedings and the same has been arrived at without any fraud and coercion. 5. This Court also takes note of the submission of Mr. D. J. Page No.# 4/4 Das, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 9 that the present settlement is specific to the Petitioner and should not be treated as a precedence. 6. Accordingly, the parties to the present proceedings shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Settlement which is kept on record and marked with the letter "X". The terms of the Memorandum of Settlement shall be deemed to be directions passed by this Court. 7. This Court also observes that the Terms of Settlement entered into in the present proceedings shall be specific to the Petitioner only and shall not later on be applied as a precedent for other cases. 8.
