Quash the Chargesheet in CC No.1069/2017 of Respondent Wilson Garden Police station upon the complaint dated 28.06.2015 arraigning the present petitioner as Accused for the offences punishable under sec. 420, 474 of IPC pending on the file of VI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Bangalore currently at XLVIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banglaore (Vide Annexure "C ")." 2. Heard Sri. Arun Kumar S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Channappa Erappa, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The crime was registered in the year 2015. The Police conduct investigation and filed a charge sheet in the year 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now projects that the petitioner was illegally detained in the year 2015 and the matter is purely civil in nature. 5. In the light of the matter being 11 years old before the concerned Court, the only order that can be passed today is directing the concerned Court to expeditiously dispose the petition, at any rate, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, if not earlier. 6.
