Through the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.03.2026 which was passed by the learned Executing Court in Execution No. 1505/2017, whereby the learned Court dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Order XXI Rule 29 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking stay of execution proceedings. 2. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that RSA No. 220/2017 is already pending before this Court, wherein the present petitioner was protected vide order dated 04.02.2025, whereby the learned Executing Court was specifically directed not to take any coercive action. The operative part of the said order reads as under: “5. The respondents may proceed with the execution proceedings, This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 14/07/2026 at 11:10:32 however, the learned Executing Court shall not pass any coercive order against the appellants.” 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner is already protected by the appropriate Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present matter. 4. Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. 5. The date already fixed, i.e. 01.09.2026, stands cancelled.
