This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 318(4) of B.N.S. and Section 66(c) and 66(D) of I.T. 5.
This is a case of cheating and transfer of money by fraudulent means. Admittedly a huge amount of money has been credited in the account of this petitioner. Thus, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the payer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Untari Road P.S. Case No.30/2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl. Judge (Cyber Crime), Palamau at Daltonganj, stands rejected.
6.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
