This Court, vide order dated 24.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5780 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Shersingh Sethiya had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi:ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kondagaon District- Kondagaon (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 03.01.2026 has requested KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, as the accused remained absent on 20.08.2025 and no counsel appeared on his behalf, the bail bond of the accused was cancelled and a warrant of arrest was issued against him. At present, the case has been :xed for securing the presence of the accused on 19.01.2026. Due to non-execution of the arrest warrant against the accused, the case could not be disposed of within the stipulated time limit. At present, in order to necessarily ensure execution of the arrest warrant of the accused, the warrant of arrest has been forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Kondagaon. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Court may be pleased to grant an additional period of two months for disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certi:ed copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o5 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
