learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. The offences alleged against the petitioner are triable by the Court of Magistrate. It is also not disputed that the alleged articles were recovered from Davendra @ Devichand, who has already been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, and that the petitioner has remained in judicial custody since 21.07.2026. Hence, keeping in view the overall facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the offences are triable by the Court of Magistrate, the trial is likely to take considerable time to conclude, and the prosecution has not pointed out any apprehension of the petitioner fleeing from justice or tampering with the evidence if enlarged on bail, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Accordingly, the present bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is allowed. It is directed that the petitioner, Geegaram S/o Shri Misra Ram, shall be released on bail in connection with the aforesaid
