Heard Ms. Neeta Tulsani, Mr. Rajesh Mishra and Mr. Ravi Kumar Dubey, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Somya Rai, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition, quash the impugned supplementary charge-sheet (Annexure P/4) bearing No.740- A/2024 dated 22.12.2025 and all consequential criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner in Crime No.260/2024 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh and grant any other relief to the petitioner as may be deemed fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the relief clause, it transpires that the petitioner have not mentioned the particulars of the charge-sheet with respect to the offences registered against the petitioner. This shows that they have drafted a vague and sketchy prayer in a casual manner, thereby wasting the precious time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner pray to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 5,000/- as 3 cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Multi Handicapped Special School, Bagbahra, District- Mahasamund (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
