Bora, learned counsel for the accused and also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent. Mr. Sharma apprise this Court that after completion of investigation, the I.O. has laid charge-sheet, vide Charge-Sheet No.76/2026, dated 30.07.2026. However, Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the accused submits that since charge-sheet has been submitted, the accused will approach the learned Trial Court for granting bail and this application may accordingly be closed. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this application stands closed, granting liberty to the accused to approach the learned Trial Court by filing appropriate petition.
