ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has challenged the notification received by her on her mobile phone sent by the respondents stating that she has underpaid the taxes in respect of her property and there is a demand made that she is required to make the appropriate payment, failing which her property will be brought to sale.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she has paid the appropriate property tax.
3. What is challenged in the writ petition is only a notice issued to the petitioner to pay appropriate property tax. If petitioner is of the opinion that she has paid the appropriate

property tax, she is always at liberty to provide necessary particulars to the respondents. If such a reply is given by the petitioner, then in that event respondents are bound to consider the same in the manner known to law and only thereafter initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
4. Subject to the aforementioned observations, the writ position stands disposed of.
