The present application is third application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in FIR No. 178/2025, registered at Police Station- Uttam Nagar, Delhi, under Sections 143(4), 61(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, seeking interim bail for a period of 60 days to enable the petitioner to undergo proper medical treatment

petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of thirty days from the date of her release , subject to the following conditions: i. The Applicant shall be released upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/-, with a surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. ii. The Applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of this Court; iii. The Applicant shall intimate the concerned SHO, PS Uttam Nagar, regarding any change in residential address; iv. The Applicant shall provide her mobile number to the concerned SHO, PS Uttam Nagar and intimate about change in the number, if any; v. The Applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity and upon any such activity being discovered or indulged into, the present suspension of sentence shall automatically stand cancelled. 5.
The application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 6. Needless to state, nothing observed herein shall be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case, and the observations made are only for the purpose of deciding the present bail application. 7.
