This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “ That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issue directing the respondents to specifically respondent No.3 college to provide the petitioner with all her educational documents and testimonials forthwith.” 2. The writ file reflects that, for the grant of the relief prayed for in the writ petition, the petitioner has already taken recourse by 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 instituting Civil Suit No. 115/1 of 2024 in the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Solan, District Solan. Copies of the plaint and the written statement filed by respondent No. 3-College (defendant therein) are available on record. The petitioner cannot pursue two parallel remedies for the same relief. The aforesaid civil suit has already been instituted by the petitioner, wherein the written statement stands filed. In view of pendency of aforesaid civil suit, it will not be appropriate to entertain the present petition, which admittedly seeks the same relief as claimed in the aforesaid civil suit.
