Director Elementary Education, Hamirpur (HP) and dated 05.03.2026, passed by Deputy Director of School Education (Elem.), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (H.P.) reveals that the Principals of the Schools have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners in terms of the judgment passed in Ghanshyam Dass case, subject to final outcome of LPA. 3. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.08.2025, passed in CWP No.13113 of 2025, titled, Sanjay Kumar and Others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, the present petition is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioners within a period of 8 weeks’ from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
