As per report, the petitioner has not been charge-sheeted by the Investigating Agency in Raghunathganj PS Charge- Sheet No.833/25 dated 30.06.2025. However, it does not appear that the charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken only in respect of the charge- sheeted accused and not against the present petitioner. Since the charge-sheet does not mention the petitioner as an accused, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the present case. Therefore, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of as having become infructuous. 2 In the event the petitioner is made an accused in the instant case at a subsequent stage, he shall be at liberty to pray for anticipatory bail.
