The applicant, who is in custody since 11.10.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Kenduadih P.S Case No.57 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to approach this Court after change of the stage. 4. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection. 5. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the present bail application is hereby, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
