Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the judgment dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in W. P. (S) 6891 of 2017 (i.e. the Annexure-7) has been complied with. 3. It is further submitted that the punishment order has been withdrawn by the Authority concerned and even the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion was considered by the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) and however, due to sanction of criminal prosecution in two cases and pendency of department proceeding, the decision of Departmental Promotion 2026:JHHC:12877 2 Committee (DPC) has been kept in sealed cover . 4. It is further submitted that the financial benefits have been directed to be disbursed to the petitioner and in support of this learned counsel for the State has produced the photocopy of the Letter No. 3 (Arop) (Court Case) 15-19/2025 Ka.1524 dated 12.03.2026 issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government addressed to the Accountant General (A&E) Jharkhand, Ranchi. 5. Let this letter be kept on record. 6. Under the circumstances, the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP(S) 6891 of 2017 is complied with. 7.
