Mr. Vinod Thakur, vice counsel appearing for the respondents, has placed on record communication dated 04.04.2026 issued by the Regional Manager, HRTC, Una to the Financial Advisor & Chief Account Officer, HRTC, Shimla-3, which indicates that DCRG, leave encashment along with interest stand paid to the petitioner.
