Heard Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0036 of 2026, under Sections 69, 89, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Ghazipur, District - Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant case is of consensual relationship between the applicant and the victim. It is contended that the victim has been put to death by her parents due to the said relationship and they are in jail. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 25.03.2026. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and shall cooperate with trial. 5. Per contra, learned State Law Officer has opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, nature of offence, severity of punishment and also considering the fact that a case of honor killing was pending against the mother and brother of the victim, prima facie I find it Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Amit Kumar Pandey, Rahul Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sunil Kumar Yadav .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) a fit case to release the applicant on bail. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant- Sunil Kumar Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned, subject to verification of sureties, with the conditions that he shall not tamper with evidence or intimidate witnesses and shall appear before the trial court as required. 8.
