Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 84020 of 2025. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
