Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has recently retired on 31.01.2026 from Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban), which is admittedly facing financial constraint, however, petitioner required money to solemnize marriage of his daughter, which is fixed on 05.05.2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban) fairly submits that even in a condition of financial constraint Department will take all endeavour to clear atleast 1/4 dues before date of marriage. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-LIC submits that claim towards Group Insurance has still not raised from Respondent- Department. 5. Learned counsel for Respondent-Department assures that necessary claim will be raised within three weeks so that amount towards Group Insurance will be paid.
