Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondents in the case of the petitioners. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to conclude/ complete the selection process in pursuant to the advertisement dated 04.09.2023 with respect to the petitioners and also to give/ provide appointment/joining letters to the petitioners within the stipulated period of time and calculate their seniority from the date of appointment of other candidates of list of remaining vacant posts, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to decide the representations (Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioners within the stipulated period of time, in the interest of justice. 10.4 Any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners pursuant to the advertisement dated 04.09.2023 participated for appointment to the post of General Assistant and Committee Manager and got selected, however, appointment order has not been issued. Petitioners thereafter submitted representation before Respondent No. 6 which is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 6 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he is not representing Respondent No. 6. 3 / 3 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, further considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner of issuance of direction to Respondent No. 6 to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioners dated 23.06.2025, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioners, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off directing Respondent No. 6 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioners dated 23.06.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
