The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Deori P.S Case No. 295 of 2020 for the alleged offences registered under Section395, 397, 412,34 of the IPC and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case, and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused, and in view of that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner may kindly be allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner happens to be the driver of the Omni car which was used in the crime.
