During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed written instructions of the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore District dated 20.4.2026. According to the said instructions all the benefits i.e. encashment of earned leave, surrender leave, gratuity amount are sanctioned and submitted to the Accountant General and the same were also annexed along with the instructions. 4. On perusal of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent no.4 to consider the said proposal and pass appropriate orders within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
