HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14386 WP No. 21053 of 2021
In view of the availability of alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to consider the writ petition. However, considering the fact that there is a stay operating in favour of the petitioners since 2021, this Court deems it appropriate to grant four weeks time to the petitioner to approach the DRT. Hence, this Court is passing the following order:

The petitioners shall approach the DRT within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and during the said period, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps. iii.
