Sharma, learned APP, submits that the Charge Sheet has been filed in the instant case vide Charge Sheet No. 635, dated 26.07.2026. 3. In view of the same, the learned counsel prays that he be allowed to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court. 4. The prayer is allowed. 5. Further, it is noticed that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail and as such, this Court directs that the interim order dated 02.04.2026, passed by this Court is extended by another 15 (Fifteen) days, so as to enable the petitioner to move the appropriate application. 6.
