Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, the alleged offences levelled against the petitioners/accused are punishable with imprisonment for a term of less than seven (07) years. 3 Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.7792 of 2026 Dated 25.09.2026 4. This Court, vide order dated 11.09.2026, directed the Investigating Officer to comply with the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation1 , Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar2 and Md.Asfak Alam v. the State of Jharkhand3., and also with the provisions of Section 35(3) of the ‘the BNSS’. The petitioners were also directed to cooperate with the Investigating Officer, who was permitted to proceed with the further investigation. 5. In view of the aforesaid order, no further order is required for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, as there is no apprehension of their arrest. 6.
