After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the same afresh before the learned Trial Court, primarily, since the complainant’s statement has been recorded before the learned Trial Court now as also since it has already been recorded in the order dated 19.11.2025 that the complainant had no objection to the applicant being granted bail. 2.
