Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 17.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6439 of 2024 and furnished written instructions dated 21.09.2026 to that effect along with the acknowledgment of receipt of amount by the petitioner. 4. In view of the written instructions dated 21.09.2026 and in view of the acknowledgment given by the petitioner having received the entire amount, no further orders are required to be passed and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
